Advance appointments help assure availability, and same-day appointments may be available. Walk-in appointments are not always possible, but we always do our best to accommodate them.
Please arrive at least fifteen minutes before your first appointment to allow enough time to fill out paperwork. However, feel free to come even earlier to relax in the lobby and inquire about treatments offered at Permian Basin Med Spa.

Last-minute cancellations are costly to the clinic and our staff. Guests are asked to reserve their appointments for laser and aesthetic treatments with a credit card.
Aesthetic services and packages require a 48-hour cancellation notice.
All other services require a 24-hour cancellation notice.
The entire service price will be charged to guests who fail to show for their appointment or who do not cancel within the time frames listed above. This will also apply to all gift certificates.
All aesthetic consultations are FREE but have to be reserved with a credit card to ensure availability. They will require a 24-hour cancellation notice to avoid $50.00 charge for “no show”.PRESCRIPTION REFILL POLICY Please note that you must have been seen or tested in the past six months to request a refill.
If you have not been seen in the past six months, only a one month supply will be called in until you can schedule an appointment. No future refills will be called in if you do not schedule an appointment or retest.PAYMENTS

Unlike most aesthetic centers, we welcome your children. They are all a gift from God! However, we reserve the right to ask you to leave, if your precious children run around the office, destroy our magazines and decorations, litter or disturb other guests waiting for their appointments.
REMEMBER, Laser Equipment is actively operating most of the time! All cell phones must be in a silent (vibration mode) upon entering the Clinic. Absolutely no cell phone conversations in treatment rooms.
